Sage Creek is a great rehab facility! The staff is caring and patient. The food is good too. The activities are fun and the therapy is excellent!

My wife's grandmother is located here and I love the way they get her up to walk and make sure she does plenty of exercise when needed and the fact that they keep her hair done they bathe her daily all around 10/10 perfect place to have your loved one who needs a little extra care!

Today marks 30 days since I was admitted to the best Post acute facility in the Las Vegas metropolitan area; perhaps in the entire state of Nevada. Can't tell you that because I would never go anywhere else. This facility is in, my opinion, doing such a great job of giving awesome patient care equally to everyone, that there aren't enough stars for the rating they earn on a daily basis.

I found myself in this rehab after a short hospital stay and was immediately impressed with several staff members. I have an elderly loved one recovering from a medical episode. The first face you see upon arrival is Doreen, the receptionist. Always greeting with a smile and kind words. Thank you! Kindness goes a long way. There does seem to be a shortage of staff however, in my experience, any requests are completely in a timely manner. ALL staff has been WONDERFUL however Kendra seems to do that " little extra" that my loved one needs during this challenging time. Thank you Sage Creek.

I came with my friend to visit her mother n law and was greeted by Stacy when we walked. She was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Her and all the staff here make sure that there patients are well taken care of. Nice place foe your love ones.

Visited a friend today. The facility is ver clean and welcoming. Doreen at front desk was helpful finding our friend's room. Our friend was just transferred here from UMC so can't comment on his care yet. But we liked what we saw.

My grandfather was at SageCreek about a month ago. The first 24 hours were a little rough with the transition from Desert Springs Hospital. This is our second skilled nursing facility and I was happy with the care at SageCreek. Therapy was great and nursing did their best to take care of his needs despite how busy they were, especially Barb. Hopefully we are on the mend, and done with rehab facilities. If we do need to go back, we wi'll return to SageCreek.

I'm very happy with my our experience at Sage Creek. My dad was brought here after a lengthy stay in the hospital and even though he was not the most cooperative patient, the staff at Sage Creek was very professional and patient with my dad. This was a very tough time for my dad and our family and I felt like everyone at this place helped to make it easier.
