Fast shipping! Unlike Sweetwater, the shipment went out the day I purchased it.
I’ve made 2 orders with this company and neither came correctly. First I ordered a used guitar, knowing it had a couple chips of paint missing. When the guitar came in found they had not listed the volume pot was broken and there was bad wiring to the neck pickup. I called to get the issue resolved and the team from the store that shipped it credited me the money to have it repaired. I bought a wa84 microphone. The microphone didn't work out of the box. I initially requested a replacement on 3/12/24. I sent the mic back, and finally asked for refund 3/22 frustrated that the replacement I needed didn't seem to be a priority to Sam Ash. , That wasn't issued until 3/26, and the refund amount wasn't the entire amount I paid for the mic. Although store manager was super helpful and he was awesome and wonderful person, however i am extremely disappointed all general customer service at sam ash. I have contacted them few times but unfortunately Never got any response yet. Looks like they are no willing to help me anyway.
