The keyboard salesman knew nothing about synthesizers. The demo model was present at the store but was told it wouldn’t be possible to try out. I was lured into making a purchase at the store that day because I was told I’d get 15% off for that day only. Since I never got an email, I called the store. They checked and said it hadn't arrived there, and that I would get an email when it did. I still haven't received an email.
Poor customer service! I paid for new equipment and received what I felt like was used equipment. The equipment had a lot of deep scratches on both items.
Your stock tracking is very poor. I am not being unkind but the proper adjective is 'atrocious.' I ordered guitar. It was in stock but did not ship. 5 days later, states 'out of stock.' I asked to keep the order active, but Sam Ash cancelled it anyways. Then I talked to my rep and he said it would be out of stock for some months. I ordered anyways. Bought a guitar here and you strongly encouraged me to spend an extra $40 on a warranty. The following week I receive a email about the location closing for good. Scammers.
Ordered a new piano as a gift, got a call that its a display model but they will clean it and ship to me, promised its in excellent shape. I asked to double check if there are no scratches and was assured there are none. Long story short piano arrived with a big dent at the bottom and dirty keys ruining my wife’s birthday mood
The keyboard that was shipped was a Floor Model and the registration code was already used! I paid full price for a brand new keyboard. Now I am waiting for FEDEX to come pick this up….
Bad experience!! I’m bought a 4-string Fander bass, it didn't arrive in the box as they had explained to me that they would send it, much less in the fander box, they put it in an Ibanez bass box and that bass was a gift. I sent an email to Mr. Joe quiesces the manager and I still have not received any correspondence, I don't know if this feebak will help anything either.
Very helpful, "mature" (had thier shit in one sock and conducted themselves like adults) and friendly.
