Placed an order on 3-19-24 (#2001473367) to have shipped to my local Sam Ash. The order label was created on 3-21-24, according to the email/tracking info. It is now 3-29-24 and not only have I not received my order yet, but the tracking info says the label has now been canceled as of 3-21-24 and there hasn't been any additional update ever since. I called customer service on 3-26-24 and explained the situation to a representative and the only answer I got was just wait for a new email, which I have yet to receive.
I purchased the guitar on line working with store Guitar Sales person Anthony who is teriffic. Went to store following day and had nice experience with Barry Guitar Tech. I chose a rating of 3 based on in-store shopping experience. 1) out of stocks 2) lack of knowledge concerning guitar pedals 3) lack of sales persons on the selling floor. Didn't like the instore experience. Pushed me in the direction of Sweetwater , Musican Friend instead.
Received package severaly damaged. Customer Service confused my case with another after i returned it and argued about it. They need to take lessons from Sweetwater on customer service.
You should improve your shipping. Package is already delayed.
My order was “processing” for several days before it shipped. I contacted customer service and they couldn’t tell me much about why my order was delayed. After I contacted them, however, it did seem that the order was expedited because I received a shipping confirmation soon after. The product is as expected except the volume seems very low unless turned up all the way.
The gift card/certificate system is so antiquated and annoying. If I go in-store to purchase one its even worse. Like several associates need to put their heads together to figure out how to issue a gift card. We get these regularly for our boss for gifts and it has been years of the system not being even just remotely updated. And he just recently told us that they aren't even able to apply more than one gift card to a purchase. How is that even possible?!
Five weeks later, I’m still awaiting an answer to a question I sent to the company about a product they were selling on eBay! Pretty bad!!!!
Your San Antonio store did not take accurate photos of used products with obvious defects nor describe them in the title or body of the product listing. Despite this, I was refused a return shipping label by customer service.
I called almost daily over the course of two weeks with customer service. I kept getting the run around with my price match on an item. Every time I called there was some different reason why it would not work, or they were unable to take my order at the moment.
