I.ordered a gift card but put incorrect email For recipient. I immediately called customer Service told them. Spoke to Nate , he gave Me a case number. I then ordered a new one. I was told next day it was non refundable. I feel it could have been cancelled and refunded since I called right away.
I cancelled a Sam Ash online order and was refunded immediately. That part I liked. What I didn’t appreciate was why I cancelled the order. It was a used synth by IK multimedia. I had to do my own research (google) to find out that without a transfer license the unit can not be updated and the free editor and sounds cannot be downloaded. The serial number comes on a card-not on the synth. I called the store and they had no card or license transfer. The should mention this in the advertisement.

Every one I contacted made something happen that led to my choosing to make a cross country purchase of a guitar for the first time. Pictures taken and sent and time taken to discuss the instrument was above and beyond expectations! Shipping in two days was mind blowing!
