Took over an hour total over THREE phone calls to get you to issue me the $50 gift card I was supposed to get after spending $500. That’s a ridiculous way to treat people in the age of social media, right? Good luck staying in business when you do things that way.
Wyatt has been very helpful, but I have been waiting for my products since November 2023. I understand it is a supply issue, but it is hard to understand no product when every other supplier has them. But, I am a loyal customer and will wait.

I needed a part for the tremolo arm of my guitar and the customer service agent was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had called Sweetwater first and they were rude and seemingly unknowledgeable.
I ordered a line 6 stomp HX XL When I opened the box I knew right away it was a used item. It had the wrong power supply, had a headphone jack converter from someones headphones left in it, no paperwork at all, no manual, instructions, warranty card, sticky rubber feet for the bottom.
