I bought a used guitar. The damage on the guitar was not clear during the ordering process. I expected some regular use-related damage, but this was excessive for the price. Otherwise, my experience was as expected, purchasing used musical instruments via online order. I would not recommend Sam Ash in the future because of this lack of disclosure.Ā

My sales rep was fair at best. I had 2 issues in which he did not follow through with. The first was a price match, I contacted him and he for whatever reason failed to follow through with my issue. he was Missing In Action, I ending having to make calls and email, to costumer service myself and follow up to get my price match.
