I purchased a BRAND NEW amp and was sent a used amplifier with scuff marks on the logo and packed upside down in a box for a different item with no manual or any of the things that should be packed with a new item. And when I plugged it in, sparks flew because apparently the amp switches were both in the on position. Worst experience ever for buying a brand new Marshall amp for the first time. I bought a guitar that turned out to be too heavy for a medical condition I have. I had the guitar literally 48 hours before returning it, yet I was charged for shipping. It is a lousy company that charges for shipping when a guitar was in possession for 2 days. Cost me $80.00. I will use Sweetwater next time. Jeff Jernee of New Jersey

Guitar arrived damaged, which was a Christmas gift for my son. I called to see if you would quickly ship a replacement so that I would have in time for Christmas but I was told my only option was to create a “case” and ship the old one back.

Great customer service
I ordered this item from one of your competitors in early November. They told me it could not ship until after the new year. On 5 Jan., they told me it could not ship until March, but offered to sell me a more expensive item. Are there REALLY supply chain issues in Asia, or are we talking "Bait and switch"?
