Ordered a violin for my nieces birthday. Paid for over night shipping to ensure it arrived on time. It did not. The order took 9 days to process. Took 2 days to arrive. Website said there would be rosin with the order. There was not.

The (USED) guitar was said to be in good shape but the A string was set so low that it was hitting a bunch of frets from the 7th fret to the last. The Tone pot was loose at the jam nut and flopping around. The guitar had smudges and was filthy. The case in the ad said that the TSA locks didn't work but both of the lockable locks are actually broken and not working at all. The leather on the ends of the Tweed case are all ripped. Sent the wrong item it is taking to long to receive item I ordered.
Bad experience all together
No communication as far as product being on back order until I had to contact them to ask were it was. Then I asked for a refund and still haven’t received it. When talking on the phone with reps, one actually hung up on me.
I ordered a Martin D28 from Sam Ash. This is kind of the holy grail for acoustics so my expectations were high. I watched a few videos of people opening theirs on YouTube so I had an idea of what to expect. On the videos I watched, there was a standard box and within that was the Martin box. Mine arrived in just a Martin box that was beat to hell. There were four other labels on the box that had been crossed out with a sharpie. In other words, this box had been all over.
