ordered an new amp for Christmas, showed up late. When we received it, it was a used amp, tried passing it off as new. Contacted customer service, they did offer a very poor discount or exchange. We chose exchange. Since then they have stopped responding to emailsÂ

First of all, samash should make sure that the customers receives what they've ordered and ensure the package is handed to the customer by paying for signature confirmation upon arrival for orders over $500!!! The customer service is HORRENDOUS to say the least. Impressively unprofessional, they will NOT care about you. Specially Mr. "BOBBY CASTRO", who has a minus ten score in training on how to do his job; he should NOT be doing customer service, he is awful... read more
