I received a call from a sales rep from the Sam Ash store the drum set was coming from, letting me know that the drum set that I was purchasing was used. I asked if the description was correct and was there anything that was wrong or missing. He responded with no, but wanted to make sure that I knew that it was a used set from an employee with normal wear and tear. What he did not tell me is the floor tom head was cracked. Bought a guitar "Guild Bluesbird" and it was literally junk. Was lied to about a case that came with it and the guitar tuner keys were coming out of the headstock. So I sent the instrument back and got my money back. Will buy another guitar later after the idea of purchasing an expensive is overcome.
Wyatt was fantastic and a great ambassador for Sam Ash Music. He exemplified what customer service means and this will be remembered when the next upgrade is needed. Thanks for ensuring a boy got his new horn for Christmas Wyatt it was a pleasure doing business with you.
Order shipped very soon after ordering. I would much rather buy direct from Sam Ash, rather than order some thing off Amazon
Never got any indication that the order was ready. No reminder or anything.
Looking for a Yamaha MX88, checked the website that morning to make sure it was in stock, chose to pay online because it said "available for pickup today" (12/13/23). I get by the store late in the afternoon and they have no record of the order. While in the store, I call the 800 number to try to clarify, and I'm told "same day" orders can take several days to process and get to the store.
