Purchased guitar and called customer service for follow up on delivery as there were going to be problems with my being there. Told by customer service that they would notify me the next morning of changes to delivery. No call back or follow up. Not really forgivable when I spent a lot of money with your store. Guess I’m kinda old school and return calls when I say I’m going to. Will not be doing business with you in the future
Item was sold for a great price. Imagine my disappointment wasn’t in stock. Refund process was long.
Representative was knowledgeable and concise. Product was shipped and prepared to withstand transport. Best of all, SamAsh price was the lowest by far over Guitar Center and Sweetwater.

Bass guitar was never delivered. Customer service was rude and would not send another bass guitar despite already having my money. The guitar was either lost, stolen, or destroyed by FedEx, but Sam Ash would not send a new one. No delivery date provided. Still waiting to receive the bass guitar I ordered even though I’ve already paid for it. Customer service will not respond to me. Don’t fall for Sam Ash’s scam. Order somewhere else and order from a company that does NOT use FedEx.
