You had a Gibson Explorer in stock (others tried to take my order before informing me theirs were on back order. BS way to try to get business) Fair price and prompt shipping. I’m happy to be a Sam Ash customer.
Don't lie on your website about how much something costs and what items you get.
ordered 4 products...got 4...but one was not the correct product...not even close. Thus far SA has not been very responsive in fixing this.
Sold an obviously used guitar as new condition.
The web page is easy to navigate, completed purchase in a few minutes, but sadly the page did not state the item I was buying was out of stock!!!...later I found out Sam Ash was trying to send me a demo/floor model again something I was not aware of until I talked to one of the representatives, and I was told the person in charge of my purchase was looking for a power supply!!! Item was listed as “in stock and ready to ship” online. It wasn’t. Took way longer than acceptable to be issued a refund.
Item did not arrive in the time promised. Also wrong item sent after talking to multiple personnel. Worst experience ever. People don’t want to do their jobs properly.
