I was sent the wrong product, Sam Ash will only send me the new product once the old one is sent back. So as I wait for the label to me made and for the item to get sent back, it will be over a month to get the product I ordered. Not a great service.
you do not have the item in stock and never notify me i have been waited and waited,until made several phone call then told me have been refunded back to my account waste my time
I didn’t receive any communication, tracking, shipping notifications beyond the invoice. When I checked the order on the Sam Ash website, all it said was complete. I had to call the store location multiple times to see what the status was. Product arrived just fine. Pretty disappointing experience, however, for a purchase exceeding $1k.
You guys sold me used yamaha mixer for me. Samash flatbush dont had it in stock. So the manager/boss told me in person he will shipped me a new one from other location... When i reach home and I open the box, guess what: these liars sold me a used one... they dont even take the time to wipe it. With scratches all over and a lot of dirt and dust.
Stores listed items as in stock and they weren't. Item did not arrive in time and when it did it was defective and I had to return. Representatives were not very apologetic about the item being defective and said "it happens"
Was promised item next day shipping and didn’t receive until 3 days later! First time buyer and this was how they got me, with a lie to BUY!!
was completely ignored and not acknowledged when I walked in to pickup my online order. The guy at the front desk was chatting to another customer which I don’t mind, but I stood there for a good 4 minutes and didn’t get help until I had to ask for it.
Cancelled ebay auction, two days after it was paid. If you are going to sell on ebay, you need to make sure that you have the product available
I had gotten a notification that my order was shipped. I patiently waited for four days to get a tracking number until I decided to call support. It turns out the guitar I ordered didn’t pass inspection and it was the only guitar they had, so they declined my transaction and gave me a refund. The reason I was upset is that if I had not called support, I wouldn’t have known the outcome of my order.
