Ordered pay pal and paid for two day shipping. NEVER HEARD A WORD. Finally calked V on my own and was told you had a PayPal issue. Not customers fault. Total lack of caring or follow up with customers. Most likely my last experience.
Ridiculous, three days since order and they couldn't even give me a shipping date so I canceled and bought somewhere else. Not an easy process, sometimes they go for hours without answering the phones. Next day I got a note saying (incorrectly) that it had shipped! Lights are on, but nobody's home.
Deliver my purchase
Sent an amp without the footswitch. Footswitch initiates Master Gain, then they continued to be provoking and stupid.
Ordered an edrum kit on eBay ( alesis command ) that was advertised as being fully functional but it's not. The cymbals are warped and choke doesn't work reliably on either (or at all in one). I asked if they could send a working cymbal and they told me the best they could do was burden me to return the kit. Not keen on wasting my time the best I can do is warn you about the customer service.
Your customer service was simply non-existent. I purchased an audio interface, and was told it would be shipped and I would receive between 3-5 business days. 4 days later, it still had not shipped. I couldn't get a clear answer what the hold up was, or even where the unit was. When they told me that it was likely at the Miami store, I asked them to contact the store, and was told "it's very difficult to reach that store." Ordering online was easy but, after a week of no information regarding shipping, I had to call the Help Desk (the usual hassle of listening to options and waiting on hold). I was told that the agent would have to email the store from which the purchase was coming (not call--email), and that she would call me back a little later that day. I got no call back at all, but the next day I received shipping confirmation through email. Customers shouldn't have to chase orders around to get something mailed.
Unlike every store in America, when I purchased an online gift card, I didn't get it immediately. Apparently Sam Ash takes a couple days to process the online electronic gift card order. I assumed it would be instant... like every store ever. Instead i arrived at my niece's birthday with a note explaining that she'd have to wait a few days for her gift.
Never buy from Sam ash again! Tried to sell a guitar with a bottomed out truss rod. One of the scummiest tricks ever. They could have very easily sent it back to manufacturers but they CHOSE to rip off customers.
