Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I am lost for words
I ordered a Tama speed cobra twin pedal... The first time the package came it it came in a box, a Tama box and in that a case that was empty... Also had "display" in marker on the Tama box... I called and a car said I would receive another one... I got a package from you today and it came in loose meaning no manufacturers box and beat all to hell... This is the worst experience Ive ever had with a company. I paid for 2nd day shipping and got it 4 days later (their was a holiday) but they assured me I would have my shipment in time. The store in Hollywood didn't release my mixer in time so NO 2nd day shipment. I leased a digital snake but they gave me an analog instead, the Raleigh store needs a complete overhaul in customer service. No biggie, bought a couple of preamp tubes... The price is always competitive (so I don't bother looking elsewhere), the product was as advertised, delivery prompt, and everything 100%. BTW, I had bought one of these from The Evil Empire, from the Ft Myers store, in person. Once I got home, I realized that someone had put a defective (leaking, glass turned white) tube!!! Product arrived quickly. I was confused upon arriving because the pickup desk was unmanned. Upon pickup of the two (2) tiles of soundproofing the guy suggested I needed a can of fixative. I asked how much is that? He ignored me and called across the room to the guy saying "he'll need spray, do we have any?" He didn't asked why or how I was using the tiles-for the inside of a cat crate to provide a quiet place for my cat on the 4th of July. After the other guy got it, I called to him asking the price...
