Drastically ran up my credit card costing me a hundred dollars in overdraft fees for a “system error” with a major delay in canceling/refunding my original order.
I bought a Purple violin and was advertised with a matching cage. I received the violin with a black cage. The cage was supposed to be purple (matching)
I made my order on Friday, June 18th. I received an email on Monday afternoon June 21st that my order had shipped. There was no tracking info provided as I was told there would be. I emailed requesting tracking info the evening of June 22nd and never received a response. After I sent the email I checked my credit card account and saw that the pending charge was no longer listed. Explain specifically why my order was cancelled, and why I had to re-order my items. Also, allow your reps to offer 2nd day shipping, as an apology for the order mixup, without me having to threaten to go to a competitor first.

I bought an MXR EVH phase 90 and it's awesome. However, I purchased it on a Monday and by Friday I still did not have tracking. I contacted customer service and by that night, like magic, I had a tracking number. But the pedal still did not get handed to fedex until the following Monday. Im rating only the delivery time. Ordered 15th and today is the 24th and package hasn't even passed NM yet. Considering its making multiple stops in each delivery point per state, I imagine ill get this Monday 28th. I've only seen transit times like this when packages are misrouted or weather delays but none of these apply and there nothing to do but wait and reply to automated feedback requests regarding this transaction.
