Was sent the incorrect item twice! Shipping label didn’t scan. Wasted way too many hours on the phone with customer service! Never again! As much as I try not to use Amazon it’s experience like this that give me no other choice
Fill the full order in a timely fashion. If you can't, then refund the money and start over.
Received an email that my product shipped. I could not get tracking information so finally after 4-5 days I called customer service. They told me my product was out of stock and they have no idea when more inventory would arrive. Still waiting for my refund.
Advertise that you are selling floor models so that customers don't only find out that items are used after they purchase them.
Fix your website. It doesn't pull up tracking info
Don’t buy online if you can’t return locally. It cost $132 to return. Nice if Sam Ash could offer a discounted return label. Last buy from Sam Ash.
Product offered was a demo and not represented as such. Order was confirmed shipped but never sent. Received an email with case file and no explanation. I called SA to inquire, representative did not offer apology alternative product.
Was 15 minutes to close. Employees were extremely lovely to the customer in front of me it was a lady. Once I got up there it was quite different. Everyone was rude, couldn’t even pay with my card because they were not equipped to be able to swipe it. No help. I had just mad multiple large purchases the day before with the same card. Bad attitudes no going back
Don’t send me a damaged piano. Pick up the phone instead of putting me on hold for 20 minutes to get it fixed.
