I placed an online order on June 12th, expecting to receive the product in a few days. On June 16th I received a call from the Miami store saying that the product was sold out. Today is June 24th and I still haven’t received my refund. That is not good customer experience, no matter how you try to explain it.
I ordered a motu m2 audio interface advertised as new from your website- not an affiliate store, not a local store but your online store. Paid, and two days later was briefly contacted from a store in Hicksville NY. I was told that "the audio interface had a bad USB port and did I "just want to go with a refund".. Being a musician that runs a studio and some working artists, I have had many experiences of working with the big retailers and most have been pretty good. This was NOT one of them. I purchased an amp online. I then received via email shipping confirmation. I called to confirm there were no issues with shipping and stock as I needed the item for an event. The guitar ordered for a birthday gift was never received even though I paid for express 2 day shipping. The staff never emailed any updates, I had to chase them down. I never received tracking, the staff gave me no solutions, I ended up canceling the order after a week. I never got a cancellation email even though I requested it twice, and the money wasn’t refunded. I had to go to my credit card and dispute the charge. I was charged at point of sale, but item was never shipped & I never received . Most companies don’t charge until item ships .
I placed the order on the Sam Ash website. I never received an email confirmation or order number or even a receipt for the purchase. The piano was delivered but despite contacting customer service, I have yet to be given a receipt for my records. It's been over a month!
Horrible experience the agent did not want to help me and the manager was worst
Do not lie to your customers to earn a sale. This customer took Friday the 18th off. Dave the salesman was in San Diego. Today Saturday the 19th customer service told me the product had not been scanned into Ca. from Texas.
The violin came with two missing fine tuners.
