I ordered an item. The wrong item was sent. Not only was the wrong item sent but they wouldn’t refund or issue a replacement of the right item until their incorrect item was received. They set up a pickup with FedEx a few days later and I hopefully expect a refund with 6-9 days after that. However, FedEx redelivers the same messed up broken boxed and a incorrect item to me. Item was backordered for two months. Unless I kept calling, there was no updates to the online system. Then the system changed and deleted my tracking. It eventually showed up on my door. Again, only after I called customer service again.
Employees were very rude, not willing to assist and acted as if the customer (in this case me) were a burden to their daily schedule. In the future, I would prefer to shop online with SweetWater!
Customer service (live chat) was atrociously bad.
Was contacted by Aaron Blakely and told about back order and he could send one from another store. After 4 weeks and a dozen calls most being unanswered and finally getting someone else who figured it out. The guitar was deliver three days ago. You told me that when the broken product you sent me was picked up for return that you would then ship me the replacement product. You didn’t. I emailed and called the assigned customer service rep later in the day when broken product was picked up and did nothing receive a response. I called two days later and spoke to someone else, and they told me the replacement had not been shipped but that they would start coordinating the shipment for the replacement; had I not called I would not have gotten the replacement. Ordered an item with Sam Ash CC on a 12 month promo. Received email confirmation at a 6 month promo. Ok, so be it. I knew the item was in stock at the manufacturer but not Sam Ash. 3 weeks later I called to inquire about a timeframe. Sales rep couldn't give me any idea.
