The product I ordered, Rickenbacker Bass Strings was listed online as backordered. A couple of days later, I received an email that the item had shipped. That afternoon, I received another email apologizing that the strings were not in stock and a refund would be processed. The next day, my debit card was charged for the amount. A phone call to customer service straightened it out and a refund was processed 4 days later.
Small mistakes that affects other ppl schedules or times. I was deliver the wrong item. As incovenient that is to me since I was expecting it at certain day, I adjusted my schedule and cancelled my activities to have the package deliver and received it personally, it turns now to be an extra week and I have to drive to send the wrong item back! Very very very inconvenient! Specially when you dont have much time and have toddlers tobtake care of.
I ordered a guitar online and received the wrong one in the mail. The return process more difficult than it should have been, especially since it was their fault. Communication through the rep/salesman was poor. I ended up just returning the wrong guitar and canceling my original order.

Website is very glitchy. Also, I ordered something, and without warning my order disappeared from my order history on my account page. When I contacted them, they said they were switching the system (apparently) and told me a new order number, all of this without even sending an email notifying me about it, they said I cannot check the status of the new order so now I don't know whether or not they will alert me when the item ships.

Got my Artiphon Instrument 1 in half the time quoted by all the other sellers on the net, and even then it was a day earlier than you promised!
The item was not the right size!!! I need to return my purchase. also need a GPS Directions... Your address is not in my GPS!!!
