You would not honor my manufacturer warranty until I had to personally get the manufacturer involved. Truly horrible experience.

I looked for almost a year for certain guitar. Finally found one at Samash in Jacksonville, last one any of the big chains had. Called store on Sunday afternoon and young man who needs a big raise had to wait to get online status changed called me back Monday morning and shipped Tuesday. Receive guitar Thursday and couldn't have been happier with how quick it got here, other online companies economy shipping takes a least a week and one of them is alot closer.
The keyboard is beautiful but was not told we needed to order a charger. It was ordered and paid for on Jan. 6 and it’s now Jan. 18th. We still haven’t received it. Gone though a lot of batteries. Very disappointed!
Set of strings purchased could have saved on shipping if put in a mailer instead of a box. Just a suggestion
I ordered several guitar accessories and they were shipped in multiple packages spread over several days. I wish they would put them all in the same box. It wasn't a big deal, just a little disappointing. BUT the biggest disappointment was that Sam Ash puts these sku stickers on the product and they are very difficult to get off the packaging! I ordered something, paid with both a $100 gift card and my Visa card, a total of $148.00. I received an email confirmation, my cards were charged, received an email notifying me the item was shipped with no tracking #, I waited, waited, waited for 2 weeks, nothing arrived, I called you and was notified that the order was cancelled because they couldn’t find the one they had in stock and, coincidentally, a refund was approved earlier in the day. Ignored my request form a tracking number for my purchase so have no idea when my purchase will arrive so I can be home. Just never replied to my inquiry. Not a good business practice!
will not send dvd or refund i have no way to retrieve, will not recommend.
