Ordered twice recently, once over the phone and once online. In both instances my order was delivered the next day. Doesn't get any better than that.
Actually send the item you pay for.
The product was left in front of my garage door in the rain. When I got home from work the box was soaked through and luckily the product was not damaged inside. I was disappointed with this kind of delivery.

I waited for several minutes by the guitar counter to be acknowledged by the sales associate. It never happened. He was busy making a big sale on the telephone, selling every plan, bell whistle, etc. I walked into another department and got help from someone. He was too busy to complete the transaction, so I was passed to yet another employee who had trouble using my gift card. I was unimpressed with the service.
Paid over $50 for overnight shipping, Friday to Saturday. Didn’t arrive till Monday. Wanted shipping refund but was told that the fine print somewhere (still can’t find it) says weekend orders won’t ship overnight. Only thing I found was about Saturday orders.
Not the first time I have issues when buying from Sam Ash, Order was never shipped.
Doesn't matter for me & my fiends will never shop here again , ha ,ha so fuck you!!!
I got a good price on a dw shell pack. I was unsure if the kit came with a Tom mount or not. It was very unclear what did or did not come with the kit on the website. I called and spent 45 minutes on the phone and on hold just to find out that nobody knew anything. The sales person was rude and his manager was even worse. They told me they would be fine with me returning the drum set instead of just sending me the $40 piece even though it was completely unclear form the advertisement that i needed to by the part separate.
