Your online (chat line) customer service is the worst. No one seems to know what they are doing or have product knowledge. I had to call the store directly to get great service and place my orders. My suggestion is to revamp your online service. Hire folks that have at least a minimum music background.
I ordered 3 guitar humidifiers last Monday 2/8/21, online. Big mistake. I live 18 miles from Sam Ash in Huntington, NY. They are being shipped from Florida?!?!?! It is 2/16, and hopefully they will arrive today. Winter is almost over--LOL!
My order made it to Tacoma and it appears to have been sent back. I took a day off work to sign for the package that didn't show. Maybe chose a more reliable shipper in the future. Ups continued to deliver, even throug inclimate weather, which didn't apply to this shipment
Fucking Killer
You system does not help customers who live outside of America. I purchased Cubase 11 from you but your customer service agents refused to assist me because I don't have an US address. This I find outrageous and ridiculous.
The manager in-store the evening I came to pick up my on-line order was very rude. I had a mask on during my visit. He tried to require that I put a mask on my son though who is two, a toddler who doesn't keep them on very well. He didn't even have child-size masks available but only the adult size was available. He kept asking me to put it on my son in a rude way. Fortunately, another customer needed his help so he left me to finish my transaction with the cashier, Marvin (I think that is his name).
You sent the wrong product
As usual I had to call the store because your website is painful to navigate through. Also, thte photos and text are to small to view. I ended up calling the Torrance Store and Beau was very helpful. Please look at Guitar Center or Musicians friend and websites. I Canceled my GC card and kept my Sam Ash credit card but I might cancel your card because your website is Shite...
Made online order on Dec 29. Received confirmation of order. No apparent issues indicated but informed that I would be notified when product shipped. Two weeks later, I called support who informed me that the product was on backorder. No other indicators. Placed order with another company who shipped and delivered within a week (and it was not Amazon). Then, I get an email that the product shipped. Very disappointing.
