I placed an order on november 30th just to find out 3 weeks later they didnt have it in stock. They told me they canceled the order and refunded it in an email so I bought the product somewhere else. Then two people contacted me offering a digital version of what I wanted and I declined because I already bought what i needed somewhere else. All of a sudden I get charged then the original product was shipped. I emailed them 3 times already and no answer. Terrible
If you sell a product for a price, honor it! Purchased a cyber Holiday deal and about a week later I was emailed by Sam Ash saying my order was canceled! I called in to get my order and pricing re-established and was transferred around and around and was ultimately put on hold and then hung up on! I called in again and was told my order would be processed as agreed as a large supply of the items had come in, that my order had been summarily canceled because they were out of stock. The e-gift card option did not allow me to pick when the gift would be sent and it sent it early. It was also confusing because the email notifications kept talking about shipping.
You advertise your conga head fits the model congas i have i ordered the heads you advertise fit... well they dont fit...and i have to pay 32.00 shipping back on something you advertise that it would fit...bullshit..never ordering from you again...and believe me i have alot of musician friends that i will not recommend you to...

I received the same incorrect part not once but twice. Though my order shows I wanted a Littllite GXF-10 Power Supply, I was shipped a WXF-10 Power Supply. I complained and received a courteous refund, and then re-ordered again and received another WXF-10. Just received another refund but have not re-ordered yet. Don't understand how the warehouse can ship the same incorrect part twice. Don't tell me it's due to COVID!
