Purchased tascam 8 track recorder , asked associated if item was new and was told it was brand new , but when I open the item the power cord was missing. It was oblivious this item was used before.
item shipped quickly. but tracking never worked, had multiple labels-said could not deliver. called s.a. and they put me on hold for a long time, came back and put me on hold again for a longer time, and never came back. called back and got new person who put me on hold for a reasonable time, and said they'd call me back to replace order. after 24 hours, i called back and got a third person (jeff g) who handled the whole thing after several days of trying to figure out what was going on. it took 16 days and probably 6 long ... read more
1) Was sent the wrong guitar. 2) Was told the correct guitar would ship yesterday. Found out that it wasn't shipped. No reason given. 3) Complete lack of concern by your CS reps. (Order 17397091)
Accessories such as cables and amp stand were shipped promptly and arrived without issue. Unfortunately, Sam Ash was unable to obtain the Behringer Keyboard Amplifier I was looking to purchase, so I had to buy it from Amazon (which subsequently came from Sweetwater according to the packaging). I believe Sam Ash could have done a better job of obtaining the amplifier I was looking for instead of me going out of my way to order from Amazon (which apparently didn't have an issue allocating the same one, unlike Sam Ash).
Was looking for an instrument online without success. I called and spoke to a live person, and my purchase was made in what seemed like 5 minutes.
Disappointing. 4 items ordered. Received 3 of 4 in 2 seperate shipments a day apart. Still waiting for 4th. Nothing about B/O on any paperwork. I’m done with SA.
Fast shipping, all items are in great working condition and I'm happier than a pig in shit!!!
No response on bad bass and lied to about no interest on sam's card.
I used the 45 day day return. On the 45th day. No problems. It took me 44 days to realize the product didn't suit me.
