Due to ridiculous issues over shipping the guitar I wanted, Sam Ash failed to serve the customer. I have purchased from Sam Ash before - I bought a Rickenbacker from them. But a $400 Epiphone they refused to ship to a designated FedEx facility, telling me I had to have shipped to my home. So, failing my request they lost this sale and this customer. Goodbye Sam Ash.
I ordered an item back in July that was on backorder. I didn't have a problem with that. However, no updates. I received an email last week stating that the order had been shipped. The only problem was that I moved since I placed the order in July. If I was given a courtesy email or phone call letting me know that the item was now in stock would have been great. Ultimately, after making urgent calls and emails to FedEx alerting them of the change of address I received my order. Happy, yet frustrated.
Ordered a strap and strap locks, strap came quite away. Ordered on the 29th of November, came quickly, strap locks did not not... Got an email saying they were sent fed ex, with tracking numbers... one said delivered the other said waiting for label...
