I have never had a more unpleasant experience at a Dr's office. The front desk is beyond awful. I counted at least 7 people talking , eating & not paying attention to patients. I have had 4 appointments & each one I waited between 30-45 minutes. The last one , I walked out. Dr. Shah was very nice but they really need to revamp the office. I now need to find another dermatologist for my follow-up surgery.

This group is a mess right now and was before Covid. No one answers the phones. Last Fall, I had to physically drive up there to make appointment. I have been trying to make an appointment now and once again almost impossible. I finally got through and the woman wanted my insurance cards before I could schedule appointment. I did not have them with me but said I was an existing patient and would bring them to my appointment. Nope, that was not good enough. Dr. Nossa was great but administratively this place is a joke. Had a mole removed for biopsy on 8/21. Never heard from the office. Called on 9/8 and the message center guy assured me of a call back that day. Never came. Called on 9/11 and was directed by the call center guy to call the lab directly...and he didn't have a phone number! Found the lab online and called and was told they don't give results directly but were nice enough to check to assure me the doctor had my results. I had a very frustrating experience with the last few virtual appointments my daughter has had from this location. Our virtual appointments were cancelled on us twice... the first time, it was CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT (I had to call the office ; the office did not call me). I called to find out why I was having a hard time logging on for the appointment & was informed that the doctor was no longer doing virtual appointments. The center is dirty and not maintained. My appointment was all of 30 seconds. The doctor spoke so quickly relaying the protocol for using the prescriptions that I had to rely on my own research at home. I found the visit insulting and find it hard to believe the purpose of this center is to help people feel good and be healthy. I gave it one star but none maybe more accurate.

Very unsatisfied with them lately. I've been going for years, it USED to be easy to get an appointment, talk to clinical staff and get answers. For the past year they have been terrible. They do not call back it takes months to get an answer from them, a manager was very rude and unprofessional. The staff is terrible. I have to call everyday for months to get a procedure scheduled. They really need to get it together.

The complaints about unnecessarily long wait from appointment time are true. Build it into your schedule. It took an additional 45 minutes to get to the exam room. MD was warm, with good bedside manner.

ATROCIOUS customer service. I have been a patient of this group, on and off over the last few years (only due to my health insurance), and with different providers and services, I have had AWFUL care and results. I had been put on Accutane, the highest dose, though not a candidate (as per a second opinion). This made my face beyond scarred. I had been sold at 19 years old on an expensive chemical peel that beyond burnt my face (in ways it was not supposed to). Don't bother going. Go somewhere else!!! This place is unorganized, the front desk is rude. They have no customer service skills. Office manger is the worst. They will mess up your appointment and then tell you to wait hours. They will text you a different time and then state they don't send it, so they have no control over that. No patient etiquettes. If your front desk behaves this way imagine the providers.
