I cannot say enough about how excellent Dr. Shah is !! She is a highly skilled dermatologist who is up on all of the latest treatments . I have seen her in the Rutherford office. She has taken excellent care of my husband, myself and our daughters. She has always been completely on point with the treatments she has prescribed. You will not be disappointed ....I have never waited longer then 15 minutes in this office and always find it easy to schedule an appointment .

The receptionist was pleasant and engaged the early morning patients in light conversation. This was my first time at the office and I am happy that my friend recommended them. Dr. Nossa and his medical assistant spoke to me using clear medical terms and did not dumb down their explanations of allergies and differences in medication routes...very much appreciated.

Barbra from the Riverdale office was incredible. She was smart, sweet and so patient. She spent an enormous amount of time with me exploring my options. She was so much smarter than the doctor in NYC who was supposedly the "guru" of contact dermatitis! I already feel better knowing I'm going in the right direction.

I've been a patient here for many years. I'm not sure why prior reviews have been unfavorable but I've never had to wait more than ten minutes and the staff has always been friendly and thorough. I've started seeing the PA, Inga B and she is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and on top of her game. I had pretty severe chest acne and though I wanted to rush the process with treatments, she advised against it and instead steered me toward a gentle treatment plan that's proven effective. I have been a patient at the Dermatology group since it's inception. I have always been very pleased with the professional service the staff provides, they are very accommodating and friendly. They are very efficient and work hard get you in and out as quickly as possible. Dr Groisser is remarkably skilled, and super proficient in the removal of any moles and lesions. *This review is about the Verona office* Yes, the wait can be frustratingly long. And yes, the waiting room is usually a zoo. But that's a small price to pay for saving me from melanoma (which, I hadn't realized, is the deadliest form of skin cancer). I've gone to them to check my skin for problems and have moles removed. Dr. Brown is great, if I was only reviewing him I give five stars. He's smart, friendly, and efficient. The staff is just OK when it comes to customer service. Usually the assistants don't introduce themselves and neglect other service skills to make you feel at ease. I could not have been happier with my experience with Dr. Shah. She's awesome. I had a laser treatment to remove some sun spots from my face. Wonderful!

Agree with everything everyone says about the wait time which can be in excess of an hour BUT I would give Dr Nossa 10 stars if that were an option. I have been going to Dr Nossa for more than 10 years and he is not only an excellent doctor but one heckuva a nice person. As much as I get annoyed as the next person waiting (and I do) Dr Nossa is worth the wait.
