Will you wait? Usually, yes. But on the other hand, this is the only dermatologist in the area who will also make every attempt to fit you in on the same day you call with an urgent issue. have been going to this location for 3 years now. i do have to agree w/ others that the reception team isn't polite. actually there is one person, older short blonde hair female that will call others ahead of you although you arrived before others & had an earlier appt. i only know this for i checked the sign in sheet. also it's not the 1st time she's done this!!!!! someone clearly needs retraining. also imho the yellow info computer pad you use should be sanitized after every patient!!!!! i wear gloves when i have to use th... read more

I went there about a week ago for my daughter her doctor was Dr Brown, he is so nice so sweet spent a lot of time talking to us about going over all of our options for why we were there in the first place, the staff was very very friendly and helpful and I did not wait long at all I highly recommend going there and seeing Dr Brown absolutely wonderful we'll definitely go back !!

I'm a fan of Dr. Spates. Excellent treatment and wonderful bedside manner. Hands down, I think he's the best doctor there. I would have rated it 5 stars, but the one thing that always bugs me about this particular practice is the very overcrowded waiting room. And there's almost always a wait. But the staff and most of the docs are very good.

I have been treated by Dr. Spates for MOHS (skin cancer on my nose) and by Dr. Nossa for cosmetic as well as pre-cancerous lesions. The staff is always very helpful and the treatments results have been excellent. I consider both Dr.'s to be expert in their areas of expertise and would not consider going anywhere else for my dermatology needs.

Dr. Spates and his staff are terrific. I had been scheduled for mohs surgery on the day Hurricane Sandy was hitting. I had taken off a considerable amount of work to plan for recuperation. I asked if they could squeeze me in before the weather got too bad. They did and I even received calls during the hurricane to see how I was doing.

Dr Groissier and his staff are professional and friendly. I have only gone to them for a few visits, but I have only had positive experiences. They have been kind to me while treating my medical needs with care and attention. I whole heartedly recommend the Dermatology Group.

After going to the Livingston office and vowing to never go to the Dermatology Group again, I did go back again. But this time to their Verona office. The reason why I went back to..."The Group" was because I had an emergency (it really wasn't. I am a bit of a hypochondriac) and the only doctor that was in the area and was going to see me the same day was "The Group". I've been going to Dr. Groissier for about 15 yrs and more recently members of his staff. This place runs well and I see there are negatives about appointments but I have never ever had a problem. They are all professional and knowledgeable and highly recommend The Derm Group (the Verona location is where I go).
