They are the McDonalds of skin care. Get as many customers in as quickly as possible, overbook appointments and apologize is their MO. The doctors are competent but rush through exams to get you in and out asap. Results are sent to the portal but the phone call or text you're told you'll receive, never materialize. Horrible place! Dirty rooms. I was ready to run out of there. There were used gloves on the floor bloody stains on the counter. The doctor came in sweats pants and top never introduced herself. I had to say: Who are you? Before I knew she had already cut up my skin pimple she never said what it could be or what to do afterwards. I felt like an animal in the worst Vet office! You need to be seen by a full time Board Certified Dermatologist especially for your cosmetic needs. The female PA I saw was so lackluster and incompetent on so many levels, it was absolutely horrific. It was a mistake to listen to the call center who kept me from setting up an appointment with a "real Doctor" but I instead saw some scammy assistant. My complaints went unanswered when I tried to connect with the manager. This place is a treadmill and a literal hellhole.
AWFUL. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. It's a mill, and they couldn't care less about your health or well being. It's virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone. All calls go to a call center and they refuse to call you back even when it's concerning something serious like biopsy results. Everytime I have seen the physicians assistant - Matthew Asmar, he never knows what anything is. It's always guesswork. Wish I read these reviews before I started going here. Do not recommend the office. I got a mole cut off and then they made me pay money to come back in to tell me I had to come back in to get it re-cut off again so they overcharged whenever they can. They don't only speak to the front desk. They're not helpful. Appointments are hard to get.
They're horrible at answering the phones and when they finally do they're even worse at getting back to you. Over priced, they often push for pricier meds when you can just buy stuff over the counter far cheaper. Dirty office and not particularly nice workers behind the desk either. If this was the last dermatology group in the United States, I'd be taking trips to Canada whenever my skin blemished.
This is the most unprofessional and misleading medical office. They false advertise. receptionist said consultation was FREE then I get bill for $125.00. Total misrepresentation Total thieves. Office was dirty Customer service is horrible Do NOT go here.
One of the worst experiences ever! I waited and waited weeks to get an answer to a question by Dr. Lara Farhat and never received it. I was told by her assistant I need to make an appointment to have my question asked for my son. I did what they recommended and went to my appointment (which was a few weeks later). Fine doctors, but have them run your insurance first before agreeing to anything. Feels like a money grab type of place - will not be going back.
