I have been coming to see Dr. Sorrell for about 7 months and she has helped me heal my skin from the inside out. She's a doctor I highly recommend because she knows her stuff and she's on her patients side when it comes to regaining confidence in yourself. I've had problems with my skin since my 20's and now I'm in my 40's feeling happy and myself again. I'm grateful for her and her office for being so helpful and nice. I had my first appointment today with Dr. Sorrell. She was wonderful! She was both knowledgeable and friendly. She kept the conversation flowing, which was a great distraction from feeling a tad anxious. Highly recommend her :)

I had been going to Dr Wolf for several years for an annual check up. Generally she was nice and it was fine. However on my last visit she removed a blemish from my ankle with cyrogenics and the treatment was not effective and worse, turned into a bad wound. I tried to contact her several times and she never responded to me. I ended up having to go to a surgeon to have it fixed. It was a really traumatic and terrible experience. I felt like she was going out of her way to avoid me. I will NEVER go back!

Was trying to take my 4 month old for pediatric dermatologist appointment and once got to thr front desk after parking, waiting for elevator I was 3 min passed the grace period. There were two people at the front desk, one was helping someone and the other free person didn't greet us for about 2 min then was unfriendly and said they couldn't see us. They just lost a patient right there. Why would I even rebook? They need to replace receptionists!! Bad for business

Dr. Wolf was patronizing and defensive. When I didn't elect for a procedure, she accused me of not letting her help me. I don't except a doctor to gaslight their patients, but she was so off-putting that I couldn't think of questions to ask her. So a day later, I just came from the ER, where I was happy to pay $600 rather than give her any more of my money. If you're in need of a dermatologist, go anywhere else. You'll be better off.

Consultation not worth my $20 co-pay!! I'm not one to leave terrible reviews but something needs to be said here. I just left this office having one of the worst doctor-patient interactions that I can recall. The guy who helped me at the front desk was not exactly friendly, but that wasn't the worst part. During my *very brief* medical consultation, Dr. Wolf seemed very annoyed (borderline angry?) by my presence/answers. She had a cold demeanor and her answers were very short. Several months ago, I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Wolf to discuss a laser resurfacing procedure. Because the procedure costs thousands of dollars and requires some downtime, I did a lot of research including consultations with two other doctors. I will start off by saying, I hate to write this review about this office because Dr. Jennifer Sorrell is an amazing Dermatologist. She is extremely bright and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the Receptionists are so incredibly rude, it's just not worth going to this location. I noticed that the first time I came into this office but honestly, I just brushed it off.
