Rude receptionists when you try to schedule and at check in and check out. Dr Sorrell should not be a practicing. dermatologist. I had been to this location. Many years ago and dr Webb is the only competent doctor who actually resolves your issues in your visit! Dr Sorrwl gave me 15 minutes and sent me home with some dumb cream ans told me I have to see 2 other doctors for my needs and go to Stanford to remove the cyst or wart because she is not credited to do so and did. Just awful. I went in, I literally told the doctor what I thought my skin condition was and pretty much said I was right. Barely looked at, barely examined it. Didn't offer me any medication. They still charged me $200. They didn't nothing!! Don't go here!!

After some years of the Kybella that was injected here, I paid the price, big time. Scar tissue is real, friends. I had hard lumps under my chin and had to pay for liposuction to get the huge, hard lumps of scar tissue removed that was so very painful. I highly advise against getting Kybella here, stay away from the product all together. Waste of money, waste of time, and painful. I was referred to Dr. Jennifer Sorrell for an annual skin/mole check, and she was fantastic. Thorough, informative, quick and kind. Would highly recommend paying he a visit if you have the need.

My visits to CSI and Dr. Wolf continue to be among my most positive medical experiences. Staff is pleasant and efficient; Dr. Wolf is friendly and thorough. Now that they use electronic medical records, things are even smoother. P.s There are 140+ Google reviews for this place with a 4.7 star rating. I don't understand the negative reviews here.

These people are inept and unresponsive. Dr. Wolf prescribed a cream for our son's acne. Got to the pharmacy -- there was no such cream that she had written on her prescription. I showed the pharmacy that it was just a refill, but of course they couldn't fill it because what she had written didn't exist. Of course we the pharmacy tried calling to get it sorted out -- but there is never anyone in this office who can respond. (We'll get back to you is a very common response that never happens.) I went to see a dermatologist for a skin condition that eventually my pediatrician diagnosed as impetigo, an extremely common skin disease. Their dermatologist diagnosed me with spider bites and recommended me to use chemical treatment. I am glad I didn't follow through. Their incompetence is only matched with the extremely low quality of their customer service. I promptly paid my invoice but have been getting reminders with a threat to hand my account to a collection agency despite me calling them and providing proof of pay... read more

Dear yelpers, be aware this place is out to make every penny they can!!! I had a small skin tag procedure done it took 10 mins to do. I quoted in person since I knew my insurance didn't cover skin tag removals. They quoted me an amount and I paid it that upfront same day. They have this terrible process at check-in that it feels like a bank, now I know why! the appointment took 10 mins total...
