I was so hesitant about coming here after reading these reviews but they had the soonest availability. My experience was nothing like all these low star reviews - not sure if things have been fixed or if I got lucky! The doctors and nurses were great and I had no issues with the front desk staff.

Dr Wolf is completely rude. During my exam as I was explaining my history with hives she jumped to cancer and high testosterone as she saw acne (which was really hyperpigmentation scaring) and as I spoke she put her hand to my face. She also prescribed cream, which I had already explained did not work for me. The results of my biopsy and blood came back with HIVES! She wanted me to come back in to discuss my diagnosis so she could charge me more money and discuss next steps. My next steps will be with a real skin doctor. She... read more

Maybe the doctors are nice but some of the people in the front desk are unbearable. They are rude and have the most annoying attitude. If the owner is reading this review: please train the front desk team about customer service! Not to mention they charged me $75 for missing an appointment when I called weeks in advance to cancel such appointment. What is wrong with this place? I made several calls to the office to make an appointment, but either the front desk just hang up (didn't even speak just directly hang up) or let me go through voicemail system. Fine I left a voice mail, provided my name and phone number, even mentioned that I am the returning patient, but I didn't get any return call. I went CSI MTV office 3 years ago. Although I do like the doctor that I have seen here, I will probably search elsewhere because of the lack of professional training the front desk staff has received. What a disappointing experience to speak with the woman at the front desk (should have asked her name--long eyelashes, nose rings). Not only did she not greet me, when I asked her to repeat herself because I didn't understand what she had asked me, she got really loud, used a demeaning monotone while repeating what she said. Absolute scammers. Will take your money and never process refunds. Tried calling them about 10 times and would not get an answer at all. I wish I had never heard of this place

I booked an appointment then I received a text to confirm that appointment. I called the office and they had no information on me , not even my name, email or phone number, literately NOTHING. And then they cancelled the appointment 5 minutes later

I don't know how to begin . Scheduling was very easy to do but I had to call every day at a certain time because nobody was answering from 9-11 am ; I got lucky on a Wednesday . I simply needed milia removed and for my scalp to be looked at. Coming in the front desk is efficient but they seemed irritated with me ; mainly because I had issues with signing in The nurse that called me in seemed irritated with me ; and I stood in the examination room answering questions she didn't say her name and didn't let me hang up my purse.... read more
