A month ago, I had written a bad review for which I apologize, for it was written in error. I took out my anger and frustration on Dr. Morales and it was not her fault but rather the young man who erased a skin scan appointment I had waited 4 weeks for and put a in its place "burning of precancerous spot". Dr. Morales had no idea; she had only looked at what the chart and what it had written on it, why I was there. She did what it said. I have since gone back and had my skin scan done. I have been seeing a couple of the dermatologist and Mohs surgeon for years...even before they worked at CSI. I understand Sara Colby did not continue with the new company (* CSI was bought out in June/July of 2025)., but they kept her name as one of the attending doctors. I have another health insurance and pay cash for all my dermatology and skin cancer appointments. I unfortunately cannot recommend them as they are too expense for the level of care I received. This office mistakenly called my number and left a voice message regarding a patient's medical concern. Given that the issue sounded serious, I called this office back to inform them that they had left a message to the wrong number. After a wait, someone picked up and I explained the situation to him. He was incredibly rude and said he would figure it out. I said thank you and he just hung up. I went in for an appointment several months ago to have the doctor look at some suspicious spots on my leg. I came out with a diagnosis of over 15 pre-cancerous spots on my face and that I should do a photodynamic therapy session. I booked that well into December, then I inquired with my insurance company about whether it would be covered or not, and they said they needed a pre-authorization and to have my primary care physician send that in. Stay away from this place at all costs! One month to get an appointment after receiving a referral for my 90 year old mom with skin cancer. First visit was okay. Took a biopsy and validated that it was cancer. Next appointment to remove the growth was another month later... When the day finally arrives, doc sees us in fairly quick fashion to remove the tumor.
