A month ago, I had written a bad review for which I apologize, for it was written in error. I took out my anger and frustration on Dr. Morales and it was not her fault but rather the young man who erased a skin scan appointment I had waited 4 weeks for and put a in its place "burning of precancerous spot". Dr. Morales had no idea; she had only looked at what the chart and what it had written on it, why I was there. She did what it said. I have since gone back and had my skin scan done. I arrived 8 minutes before my appointment. While I was waiting, several other patients walked in, and at least 6-7 of them were called in before me. After waiting for quite some time, I decided to ask the receptionist what was going on. Only then did they call me back. While she was taking me to the exam room, I expressed my frustration. I'm leaving this review specifically about my experience with the front office staff during check-in. I was asked to complete consent forms on a tablet, and one page would not let me move forward. When I went back to ask for help, I was told to scroll up and click "yes." I thanked her and said I hadn't noticed it. As I walked away, she made a snarky comment that it was "pretty self-explanatory," and then implied that if I could read, I would have figured it out. Both me and my wife were put in the same small room for our initial visit. We weren't given an option. Not enough room for 4 people - dr, assistant and us with only one chair to sit in and no where to put our clothes. We felt like cattle throughout the examination process. They neglected to bill our secondary insurance and were told we'd have to manage that. I have been seeing a couple of the dermatologist and Mohs surgeon for years...even before they worked at CSI. I understand Sara Colby did not continue with the new company (* CSI was bought out in June/July of 2025)., but they kept her name as one of the attending doctors. I have another health insurance and pay cash for all my dermatology and skin cancer appointments. I unfortunately cannot recommend them as they are too expense for the level of care I received. This office mistakenly called my number and left a voice message regarding a patient's medical concern. Given that the issue sounded serious, I called this office back to inform them that they had left a message to the wrong number. After a wait, someone picked up and I explained the situation to him. He was incredibly rude and said he would figure it out. I said thank you and he just hung up.
