A month ago, I had written a bad review for which I apologize, for it was written in error. I took out my anger and frustration on Dr. Morales and it was not her fault but rather the young man who erased a skin scan appointment I had waited 4 weeks for and put a in its place "burning of precancerous spot". Dr. Morales had no idea; she had only looked at what the chart and what it had written on it, why I was there. She did what it said. I have since gone back and had my skin scan done. Dr Katherine Ball did my Mohs surgery at Saratoga location. She very personable, knowledgeable and explains the procedure as she removes the skin cancer. Consider her for your surgeon. Thanks! Monica

Stay away from this place at all costs! One month to get an appointment after receiving a referral for my 90 year old mom with skin cancer. First visit was okay. Took a biopsy and validated that it was cancer. Next appointment to remove the growth was another month later... When the day finally arrives, doc sees us in fairly quick fashion to remove the tumor. Then we are asked to wait while they determine if th margins were clear. Long story short, 4 hours later my mom was finally returned to get the area closed and... read more

I was charged $600 for an office visit that was less than 10 mins. I reached out to my insurance and they said that is what this provider charges so unless you have amazing insurance expect to pay $$$ out of pocket! The doctor was rushed and forgot 1 of the two things I was coming in for! Honestly go somewhere else.

I scheduled my procedure well in a month advance, thinking everything was set. When I arrived, I was told the doctor wouldn't be able to do it because she needed more time than what was booked -- and her last appointment of the day ends earlier. I was never informed of this beforehand. No call, no text, no heads-up. I rearranged my entire work schedule and showed up early for absolutely no reason. My wife and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. We waited over a month for our appointment, only to be told upon arrival (15 minutes early) that they had overbooked and we could not be seen by the doctor we had specifically scheduled with. After explaining that we both had taken time off work (non-PTO) for this visit, they eventually spoke with the doctor and told us we could be seen at 10:00 AM--1 hour and 15 minutes after we arrived. Stay away. They keep sending $75 no show bill for past two years. I called in advance and they cancelled the appointment but still trying to bill me for no show. I must have called over 10 times but no one picks up in billing department. Once I got through, which was a year ago, and the lady on the other side confirmed the error and said I won't get the bill but they keep sending me one every month.
