Just the worst experience I've had at a doctor's appointment since I can remember. One hour and a half hour wait time is not ok. And they ask you to come fifteen minutes early too. Totally ruined my day. I was upset by the time I saw the doctor. I don't mind a reasonable wait time but that is not acceptable. When I was being examined the doctor had an assistant in the room when I was practically naked in my paper gown who was old enough to be my grandson. I felt exposed. Very embarrassing! Went in to see Dr. Mac Fung for a cancer screening I showed her the tiny spot on my face. What I thought was a scrape biopsy ended up being a punch biopsy on my face after repeated calls and questions and concerns and crying, I am left with a permanent dent in my face. Steer clear of this place. If you couldn't tell from the plethora of other bad reviews, the office is insanely disorganized and non-communicative in a way that borders on dangerous (eg. failing to share critical information or resolve issues preventing patients from retrieving prescribed medication). I called them many times over the course of several weeks in order to resolve an issue in which they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and never received a single call back. I waited in the lobby for an hour after checking in 10 minutes early. I prompted them after 30 minutes and was assured it'd be 20 more minutes. I left without being seen. Completely unprofessional and does not value my time.

On May 29, 2025, Dr. Mak-Fung sneezed twice on my husband's face while she closely examined his face. I expressed my disgust at her action and she flipantly retorted, " I have a mask". I informed her that the cheap mask still spreads her germs and told her she should have turned away from my husband to sneeze. She didn't care. We complained to management.

I visited your clinic for a skin rash on my shin. The consultation lasted less than a minute, during which the doctor neither examined the affected area closely nor touched it--just a quick glance before prescribing Betamethasone, a topical cream. I mentioned I had previously used Hydrocortisone as prescribed by my Kaiser physician. While I understand the doctor may have encountered similar cases before, the lack of thorough examination was concerning. I initially went here as they had amazing reviews on google. I was desperate for help as my skin was worsening with acne since covid. Upon my first visit, I was given antibiotics (Doxycycline) with no explanation on the side effects and what could happen if I was taking it for 3 months. Yes the doctor mentioned how it would benefit me in the recovery of my skin but failed to mention that it would cause me to be immunocompromised and the risk of infection are substantially increased. Although the physician, Dr. Morales was efficient and professional, she was extremely rushed. The office staff seems untrained: the appointment was scheduled incorrectly, so that after waiting almost an hour, the doctor had less than 10 minutes to spend on an initial visit. Additionally, the receptionist failed to mention that their parking lot is generally full and I should allow extra time to park 10 minutes walk at Good Samaritan Hospital. After convincing myself I had fatal skin cancer, my appointment with Dr. Mak-Sung finally arrived. She took a careful look at all my skin issues and said they were nothing to worry about. Removed a skin tag, burned a couple spots with liquid nitrogen, in and out quickly. My second visit with her. I'll be back the next time I'm convinced I have deadly skin cancer.
