I have been seeing a couple of the dermatologist and Mohs surgeon for years...even before they worked at CSI. I understand Sara Colby did not continue with the new company (* CSI was bought out in June/July of 2025)., but they kept her name as one of the attending doctors. This office mistakenly called my number and left a voice message regarding a patient's medical concern. Given that the issue sounded serious, I called this office back to inform them that they had left a message to the wrong number. After a wait, someone picked up and I explained the situation to him. He was incredibly rude and said he would figure it out. I said thank you and he just hung up. I went in for an appointment several months ago to have the doctor look at some suspicious spots on my leg. I came out with a diagnosis of over 15 pre-cancerous spots on my face and that I should do a photodynamic therapy session. I booked that well into December, then I inquired with my insurance company about whether it would be covered or not, and they said they needed a pre-authorization and to have my primary care physician send that in. Stay away from this place at all costs! One month to get an appointment after receiving a referral for my 90 year old mom with skin cancer. First visit was okay. Took a biopsy and validated that it was cancer. Next appointment to remove the growth was another month later... When the day finally arrives, doc sees us in fairly quick fashion to remove the tumor. I was charged $600 for an office visit that was less than 10 mins. I reached out to my insurance and they said that is what this provider charges so unless you have amazing insurance expect to pay $$$ out of pocket! The doctor was rushed and forgot 1 of the two things I was coming in for! Honestly go somewhere else.

I scheduled my procedure well in a month advance, thinking everything was set. When I arrived, I was told the doctor wouldn't be able to do it because she needed more time than what was booked -- and her last appointment of the day ends earlier. I was never informed of this beforehand. No call, no text, no heads-up. I rearranged my entire work schedule and showed up early for absolutely no reason. My wife and I had a very disappointing experience at this location. We waited over a month for our appointment, only to be told upon arrival (15 minutes early) that they had overbooked and we could not be seen by the doctor we had specifically scheduled with. After explaining that we both had taken time off work (non-PTO) for this visit, they eventually spoke with the doctor and told us we could be seen at 10:00 AM--1 hour and 15 minutes after we arrived. Stay away. They keep sending $75 no show bill for past two years. I called in advance and they cancelled the appointment but still trying to bill me for no show. I must have called over 10 times but no one picks up in billing department. Once I got through, which was a year ago, and the lady on the other side confirmed the error and said I won't get the bill but they keep sending me one every month.
