DO NOT GO HERE! During a rushed 6-month skin cancer screening Dr. Mak Fung did not observe my legs after I asked her to. I've had prior cancers treated on my legs and she did not feel like checking below the waist at all. You can bet that they billed for a full-body skin cancer screening though. Mak-Fung recently did a hack job on a basal cell on my lower arm. It is not 2" as she said - it's 4". Terrible experience. Never have I been seen in time for my apt. I typically wait 30-45 minutes to be seen by my provider. It's terrible service and when I raise this concern, they do nothing to address it. Very unprofessional and frustrating

This company puts the almighty dollar ahead of their customers! They had problems with their phone system for months. I tried to reschedule my appointment, but could not get through. They charged me a no show fee of $75. I am on a fixed income and talked to several employees including a account manager. I will not be coming back.

I continue to get a bill for $1200. I am not paying it! Now the fraudulent doctor has left and formed his own practice. The nerve of this place to keep sending me bills! You said that you accepted my insurance!

Please don't go there. They just working to get money from insurance. I visited Dr. Morales 7 times for for few pimpels, 2 times biopsy for few pimpels, no detailed explanation after biopsy, 5 kind of cream with 3 refills, nothing happened and in the end they give me another cream and Dr. Morales's bussines card without mentioning what i need to do if the pimples still there after using all the creams. Waist of time and insurance money. Find another doctor. Thanks

I give a zero for the service by the staff. I called to make an appointment at 2420 Samaritan dr in San Jose. Very disappointed with how the guy at the phone was rude and careless to help.. Answers absoulotly rude and selfish... he just does not want to do any effort to help! ...also when I asked him to try to look for and find my name and file he puts me on hold and never gets back to me! I did call to my family Dr. to refer me to a different skin specialist center!

I visited the office and had a biopsy done a couple of weeks ago. No one has called me regarding my results nor has anyone returned my call after leaving two separate voicemails. I have their voicemail committed to memory at this point because I have yet to speak with an actual representative. I find it especially funny that their voicemail states that they are committed to the highest level of care. This is clearly a recurring problem evidenced by the sheer number of negative reviews. I'm giving one star because I have to give a star. I went to this establishment to have some skin treatments. When Shanice saw my lesions, she told me the keratosis lesions were free to treat and another different lesion I had would be a charge which I paid that day. Well that was not true and I now have a bill due. Shanice and all other staff should be correctly informing patients. I've visited this facility a few times in the past for skin treatments and had a great experience. Based on that, when my husband needed a medically necessary Botox treatment--an alternative to surgery--we called here based on a referral. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a complete waste of time because of an appointment that was scheduled by this facility.
