I give a zero for the service by the staff. I called to make an appointment at 2420 Samaritan dr in San Jose. Very disappointed with how the guy at the phone was rude and careless to help.. Answers absoulotly rude and selfish... he just does not want to do any effort to help! ...also when I asked him to try to look for and find my name and file he puts me on hold and never gets back to me! I did call to my family Dr. to refer me to a different skin specialist center!

I visited the office and had a biopsy done a couple of weeks ago. No one has called me regarding my results nor has anyone returned my call after leaving two separate voicemails. I have their voicemail committed to memory at this point because I have yet to speak with an actual representative. I find it especially funny that their voicemail states that they are committed to the highest level of care. This is clearly a recurring problem evidenced by the sheer number of negative reviews. I'm giving one star because I have to give a star. I went to this establishment to have some skin treatments. When Shanice saw my lesions, she told me the keratosis lesions were free to treat and another different lesion I had would be a charge which I paid that day. Well that was not true and I now have a bill due. Shanice and all other staff should be correctly informing patients. I've visited this facility a few times in the past for skin treatments and had a great experience. Based on that, when my husband needed a medically necessary Botox treatment--an alternative to surgery--we called here based on a referral. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a complete waste of time because of an appointment that was scheduled by this facility. The office experience here is really bad. Appointments are very hard to get, and after you finally get one, they never see you on time. Waits of 30-45 minutes are common, and no one bothers to tell you that the doctor is running behind or provide any updates on expected wait time.

First off this place is a joke!i was seeing Dr paul Hoesly in the past and he was a good Dr..,.but he moved to another state, this time i had Dr Anjali Morales,I waited for 55 minutes to see her and she comes in like a tornado and leaves like a tornado,She said she can only see me for one problem only??!!I remember i told the person that i made the appointment with i was coming also for my hair loss,She said i need to make another appointment I waited for this appointment three months! Wow ... what an unpleasant experience - I should have read the other reviews before even scheduling a visit here. I called and sent a picture in advance to the center only to be told that they can likely treat my request. Then when I came in I was told that my request was not really assessed and the person that can assess it is not in today - which makes no sense since I was asked to come on this day ... why waste my time ... ?
