This place use to be good, but now they are not. Always rushed always behind. If you are one minute late though you better be careful as they will cancel your appointment or start calling you. Total double standard and rude! Especially after we have waited for an hour on multiple visits! Ugh.

I am just so surprised that it got even 3 stars..This is the worst institute I have ever been to so far. The front desk is so difficult to deal with, with no idea of what they are doing. The phone always goes to voice messages. And if you have any billing questions, just forget it...They never return your call..It's just so frustrating. I am very disappointed with them. NEVER go to CA Skin Institute.

I know to avoid this office but I needed to see a doctor immediately. Scheduled an appointment for 830am the next day. After about an hour of waiting, the doctor finally saw me. This beat the previous record of 40 minutes. This office is notoriously behind schedule. Bring a lunch! Place is a skin mill.

I have gone to this office for many years. the scheduling is impossible. As I write this, I have been waiting for an hour. This is after they scheduled me with the wrong doctor and I had to reschedule. Just to get a scheduler in the phone is a lot of work. I love my doctor so I have continued to come back. After today, NO more !

Their front desk are literal idiots. They don't pick up their phone at any time during the day. You can leave a message like they ask and they won't call you back...ever. I scheduled an appointment by going into the office and asking for one. When I arrived for my appointment they gave me paperwork to sign that was for a different patient! It had their medical information along with their social security number!! I have been calling for a week trying to get an appointment. Nobody answers the phone; th recorded message says they are very busy and that I should leave name and number and they will call back in a day. None of the four messages I have left has been returned. I hope whoever runs the place sees this review and cleans up their front office. Too late for me. crappy service gets no business from me.

The front office staff is horrible. They do not know how to communicate. Once you get past the front office phone system then it's better. They need to have staff that is passionate about assisting patients.

The worst service I have ever received from any doctor's front office.They do not pick up the phone when you call. I have left 4 messages the last month about getting my necessary prescriptions filled. I have been a patient of Dr Morales for 4 years. My last appointment was almost 6 weeks ago. Never have I ever been totally ignored. They were supposed to call my local Walgreens and to fill the RXs. This was never done. I saw my doctor a week before the storms so no excuse.
