I gave a one because "Zero" was not an option. I called into to schedule an appt for cancer screening and had to wait 2 months (okay whatever) showed up at designated time and the front desk tells me they don't have any appt for me. There is a pattern for issues here with not returning calls left either on the main office voicemail or nurses station. Way to many instances of unprofessionalism or lack of service.

DO NOT GO HERE. They'll call you to make an appointment and thats it. If your prescriptions are wrong you'll have to go in person because they wont call you back. I give them one star because I can't post otherwise. I recently moved to San Jose and needed a Dermatologist. Most were busy until January or February but this place had ample availability (go figure). Drove 2 hours to an appointment I was 1 minute late to my appointment because of a big accident on my way they told me they had already canceled my appointment after I called and told them before I would be cutting it close in which they told me that is fine they have a grace period. They would not let me go through with my visit and told me to reschedule in which last time I was here they sat me in the lobby for 30minutes before they even called me back to see a doctor. This place is a joke

I've been wanting to write this review for years. Now that I have seen another plastic surgeon, I now know how horrible my liposuction procedure really was. First, during the procedure I could feel everything. The pain was excruciating. I'm chubby, thickly proportioned but was unhappy with my stomach as most woman are. Umm...honestly after reading the reviews I was really anxious about my upcoming appointment this morning as a new patient. To my surprise, I actually had a wonderful experience!! My appointment was 9A. I arrived at 8:30A, filled out paperwork, and was seen at 8:50A. I saw Dr. Anjali Varma Morales today. She addressed my main concern and also discussed every other concern I happened to have. She was knowledgable, straight to the point, really pleasant to talk to, and she also talks in 1.5x speed which is my preferred setting ... read more

This is a review for the entire california skin institute and that includes their employee CJ! I cannot believe that someone who works for healthcare and the CARING OF PATIENTS will call their own patients the B WORD! I was nevertheless SHOCKED AND APPALLED how patients are treated behind the scenes when they think no one is listening. Your job is literally to take care of patients and as vulnerable as some of us are even approaching healthcare, it's unbelievable that this company even employs people with such terrible attit... read more

Extremely disappointed with their lack of organization, constant miscommunication, and absence of professionalism. My dad's dermatologist referred him to CSI for MOHS surgery in March 2023. Throughout March to July 2023 I have tried to set up an appointment with them for this surgery to happen, but to no avail. Why? -Every time I call they tell me they haven't received the biopsy/pathology report from my dad's dermatologist. AVOID THIS OFFICE!!!! Dr. Mak -Fung - too rushed * She was super rushed as though she wanted to get in and out of the appt as fast as possible. She spoke too fast. Another reviewer, Patrick (2 star review) said the same thing. Loud, frenetic madhouse, not a medical clinic environment * Super loud waiting room, competing sources of music. This is in regards to organizational side of this business - I understand that working at the front desk is arguably the most important and challenging jobs at an office like this. However, answering the phones and effectively communicating with patients and clients is a core part of the job. I had an appointment that I was driving 30 minutes for during traffic right as I got off of work.
