Everything was done very professionally and neatly. We will use them when we replace our remaining windows. Scientific Home Services came out to our house to show us the windows they have available and take measurements. The salesman wrote up a contract on the spot and told us to call or email to put down a deposit if we were interested. No hard sell! Scientific Home Services did an excellent job. We worked with Jon Kolloms who did a measurement and gave us a no pressure estimate. After we accepted the estimate and paid our deposit, Mark came and did detailed measurements and ordered the windows. When the widows arrived, a two man team lead by Damian Kusek came and installed the windows. The installation took two full days, which they had told us in advance. The team were very meticulous. Jon came out and gave me an estimate for the windows. He measured each window and recorded the measurements and explained about the window manufacturer that they use (Crystal). His estimate was the lowest of 4 bids that I got for the job. Once I paid the deposit and mailed the contract, a second person came over to double check the original measurements. Damian did a great job installing 3 windows. He showed up on time, gave me the scope of the project and finished within a few hours. They cleaned up the area very well. The windows look great. I needed to replace 3 old windows.

I highly recommend Scientific Home Services. Top to bottom, excellent service. The Quote - Jon Koloms came to our home to provide a quote. He explained everything clearly, in layman's terms, did not try to oversell me on the windows, and provided a quote on the spot. Most importantly, he treated me like a customer he already had business with. No high pressure sales, respected my time and my home. Everyone I dealt with was excellent, courteous and the price was unbeatable. They were extremely knowledgeable and were able to come up with a fix that let me continue to use my window without having to replace it. Would definitely use them again! Window repair.

Work went great. The sales process was easy and they took the extra time to answer multiple questions, breakdown the offer into multiple options, and returned multiple times to demonstrate the windows. Scientific sells windows from a company my parent used and they love them. They have a lifetime warranty. My parents lost a screen and the company sent her a new one. It went very well. The initial consultation was easy --relaxed and very straightforward. The guys who came out to put the windows in were clean (they put up plastic sheeting to protect everything in the area), nice, and quick. We have a 100-year-old house with original windows that sucked in air like crazy during the winter. It is still summer, so I can't speak to the difference in airflow when closed (we keep them open most days), but we've had a few major downpours since installation and have had no issues at all.
