went well. scientific were professional and prompt, with good quality. a little pricier than others that we bid but they were so professional we chose them. replacement of 4 casement windows

It went very well. Demian and his crew were very efficient and clean. They came in, did a professional job very quickly, left virtually zero mess and/or debris, and afterward took the time to explain to us how our new windows worked. From the sales side to the installation, everything went very smoothly. We needed all of our upstairs windows replaced.

I have been trying to repair 7 windows in my building for OVER A YEAR- my handyman claimed proficiency in this area but consistently failed to get the job done. I called Scientific and they were able to repair my windows in one visit! No need to order parts or trouble shoot- they simply got it done! unknown The job was done very nicely. The crew are very professional and they keep everything very clean. Also, thanks for Jon's suggestion of the patio door and he is very honest with me and give me time to think of it without rush me into a decision. I would use them again for future project.

Jon came out and helped me through the process. He was very knowledgeable and explained the measureable differences about his products. What I liked most about his window was the hardware and internal reinforcements of the hardware. Jon was not the cheapest but I went with his bid because it was in the ballpark and I felt I was getting a better product than some low bid options. The install went well. Working with Jonathan on the options and quote was a good experience. He was very informative in general and responsive to our questions, and even came out additional time(s?) to review options. The installation was also a good experience. The crew was professional and finished more than half the windows the first day and only took until early afternoon the second day. I did a lot of research before replacing the windows and patio doors in my house. Scientific offered what I considered to be the best product and the best price when compared to other places offering the same product. Jon was great to work with; he gave me a window by window breakdown of the cost on the spot, unlike most places that would only give me an overall price for the work. Overall I'm very happy with how everything went. I researched the windows we ordered so I know that they are considered good quality, energy-efficient windows. I worked with Jon on the estimate and the order. Scientific prices their windows reasonably and Jon was willing to work with me on overall cost, which I appreciated.
