Victor was honest and helpful. He understood the desire to not spend the money this year and was gracious about it. Victor came to my house to assess whether or not I needed new Windows. He felt I could make some adjustments to my current Windows and wait a little while to replace.

We received a call approx. 6 weeks after we ordered the windows, within the window promised. We selected a date, Dec. 11 for installation. The Installers are employees of Scientific, which is a positive. They were extremely professional, and very cognizant of being polite, and trying to minimize the inconvenience. Glad we decided to use Scientific home services to complete thisjob. Jon came to look at the windows to give us the options and pricing. Jon was patient and alsogave us the breakdown of the prices that helped us figure things out.Once we agreed upon the project, the process started and within a week Mike came tomeasure and within about 6 weeks Damien and his team came to fix the windowsand the patio doors. I contacted SHS back at the end of August to get an estimate. I used the contact form on their website and they were quite prompt with getting an appointment set up and were flexible with my schedule. SHS was the third of 3 estimates that I got for this project. Jon came by to give the estimate, and I was very impressed with his presentation. After researching and finding many good reviews on Angie's List for Scientific Home Services, I contacted Jonathan Kolomas who provided an immediate quote. Once I had decided to use their services and after the 6 week lead time for the window order, the installation was scheduled for 12:00 PM on 11/18/2015. The installation crew arrived a couple of hours late, but Damien Kusek and crew called ahead to inform me they were running somewhat behind schedule.
