Whole thing was easy. No pressure at all. The installation was totally painless. Damien did a great job. Showed up on time. Cleaned up really well after. He knows his stuff. The windows look great and work flawlessly. Will use them again for the rest of our windows. Replaced 5 windows

Everything went great. Couldn't have been a better experience. We had four companies come out to provide estimates for putting 15 new windows in our 30 year old house. All four companies were professional and the final choice came down to three factors: 1 Options. We wanted quality windows, but not necessarily Marvin, Anderson or Pella which tend to be more expensive. Jon Koloms came out and presented various options to us (my wife and myself). We needed to replace several windows and a patio door that were original to our townhouse-style condo(building was constructed in 1979).We got quotes from several companies, including two of the most well-known window installers. Scientific's quote was extremely reasonable. The best thing about it was that he just looked at what needed to be done, showed us our options, and then came up with the price - none of the high-pressure sales tactics and game playing every other contractor we met with tried. unknown They were the most knowledgeable professional company I talked to. They thoroughly checked inside and outside my house for any signs of mold or other toxins using sophisticated equipment. We came out with a clean bill of health and they discovered just a very small issue we easily fixed. It was definitely worth the peace of mind as we thought there might have been a problem.

I love Angie's list! I wanted to know if my 34 year old casement windows needed to be replaced. I knew it would be a huge expense, because we have a two story five bedroom home. I had two different Angie's list providers come out and they both told me that the windows were in great shape and only needed minor hardware repairs. Phewww! Jon was right on time and very friendly and helpful. Everything from start to finish was excellent. The quote process with Jon was low-stress, very informative and he instilled in me a high degree of confidence in both his company and the windows being installed. I did not want the extra expense of replacing my window treatments and Scientific Home Services was the only company to figure out a solution for installing windows that were deeper than the previous windows without charging me more or cutting into my walls.
