Ok, so for the past 2 years or so my bathroom awning window latch wouldn't "catch" and therefore the window wouldn't stay closed. I decided to do some research and see what could be done to either repair the window or replace it. Jon visited us soon after our initial calland explained the features and cost of the windows we wanted to replace. A gentleman came out soon after to verify the measurements Jon had taken and the order was finalized. After the promised number of weeks, the windows were installed by Damian and his helper. The work was fast and painless and they cleaned up everything (although their meticulous preparation and plastic coverings kept mess to a minimum) before going on to show the operation of the windows. made appointment for estimate, arrived on time; came out about a week later to confirm measurements, window was installed a few weeks later (installation time about 1/2 hour). Excellent service, very satisfied! replaced glass in middle of bay window

They are actually very good. They are very knowledgeable, they told me what type of window and I went to the factory so actually the guy was not too far from me. I had him give me some personal experience that people would have because I went to the factory and I talked to the guys so they did a great job and especially the ones that I had and they were able to do nobody else can be able to work on and their prices were really reasonable. Jon was very helpful and easy to talk to. There was no hard sell. He even encouraged us not to bother with a couple of windows and proposed a new storm (rather than an all-new window) for another location. He explained the whole process and products thoroughly. We ultimately picked another company, but it was basically a coin flip because everything was comparable but you can't hire two people for the same job. I was impressed with all of the positive reviews for Scientific Home Services, so I sent an inquiry and a few hours later, I received a call from Victor and we set an appointment for the following week. Victor called me before my appointment time to confirm our meeting and then arrived exactly on time. Quick return call - on time estimate Great service and attitude Windows arrived earlier than quoted Installer (Damian) was great - took shoes off, excellent clean up, covered furniture, completed whole home in one day, even painted a wall that received a crack upon window removal I just wish they preformed total home repair service as I would be happy to have them do all the work in my home Replacement windows

Went great. After contacting Scientifc, Jon came out and dida full inspection of every window in my house and provided recommendations oneach one. This included the recommendation to replace three picturewindows - two being three panes in the front of the house. He provided aquote within hours of his visit, recommended the best windows for oursituation, and had an exact match in molding for each of the windows.
