Damien (crew leader) was very pleasant, installation went well. They were easy to work with. Replaced 26 windows (4 awning, 11 double-windows). Also installed siding around windows (exterior) and some trim (interior).

Victor not only arrived promptly at the scheduled time today, he was extremely professional through out the estimate appointment. Victor explained the the different types of work that needed to be preformed, provided a couple of options when available,, patiently answered all questions and then wrote the quote on the spot. Our windows were old and drafty. After consulting Angie's List, we got quotes from several top-rated replacement window companies. All the sales guys that came out were friendly and knowledgeable. Even though Scientific Home Services wasn't the lowest quote, we went with them because their product lines seemed a touch higher quality and it seemed Jon was more straightforward and complete in the information he gave for the estimate. unknown As of this writing the work has not been performed. We are waiting on the glass needed to be cut and delivered for installment. Victor was very informative and seemed very knowledgeable. I look forward to the work being completed and am confident I will be happy with the results.

I am very satisfied with the entire experience. At the quotation stage, Jon made very detailed explanation and answered all of our questions about the replacement process and the features of Softlite windows. We decided to go with Scientific Home Services out of 4 contractors that quoted the work. I am particularly impressed with the installation over the past 2 days. Victor and his associate arrived earlier (YEAH!) than expected-after calling to ask if that would be ok- and completed the work in about 20 mintues. They replaced the foggy window, sealed the new window in and moved the furniture back exactly where it had been. There was absolutely no mess and both men were friendly and polite. They did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. We had a window with a broken seal replaced

I was very happy with the no pressure consultation we had with Jon. He was very helpful with explaining different options for our picture window. The installation was also easy and all of our windows were installed in one day. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future. The installation of the windows went smoothly, and we're super happy with the result. Damian and Yuri did a fantastic job, were respectful of our home, cleaned up great, and left us feeling like we got more than our moneys worth. Damian showed us how to use our new windows and was a great project lead. They knocked it out with quality. We'll be hiring these guys again. Installed brand new windows in our 3rd floor condo unit.

We are always happy to do business with local vendors, especially those with excellent service. Scientific Home Services is just such a company. Jon came to our house to give us an estimate for the kitchen window. My husband and I both immediately felt that he was knowledgable and trustworthy.
