Jon, measured each window individually and we also spent time on the outside of the house to consider options for trim as well. After much review, I was impressed with their Angie's List reports and company history, soI decided to meet with them.Jon Koloms came to my home, on time and was very professional and polite and provided good information to consider when replacing windows. I was impressed with their product line and Jon's industry knowledge.

Jon called back the same day and we arranged for an in-home estimate the same week. He was well versed in the company's products, explained all the options in clear, layman's termsand was able to suggest a good solution to our replacement needs. His suggestion regarding the French door was very creative and worked very well. Scientific Homes Services were great. I needed 6 windows replaced in a rental unit. I had a fixed budget and was able to discuss price over the phone. Other companies I called would not even give me a range of possible prices over the phone. Scientific came out and the actual estimate was a bit less than we discussed. They installed the windows well within the time stated and did an excellent job. I am very happy with the 6 replacement windows for $2300 and no stress. I will use them again. Jon came to the house and showed my wife and I what Scientific could do for us in terms of replacing our old double hung windows. After telling us about the windows that he would recommend, Jon measured our windows and provided us with a quote. We accepted the proposal and waited a a few weeks for the windows to arrive. Messages the company and they were able to diagnose the problem. They informed me the problem was with the outside of the building and recommended I speak with my landlord. Very easy to communicate with and honest. If I needed repairs would definitely use them. Knowledgeable and responsive
Damian and his co-worker arrived promptly, and went right to work, carefully and efficiently. I was impressed that they completed the job in appx 4 hours. They were thorough, and also took care not to disturb the neighbor's shrubbery below the kitchen window. They also left the place clean and neat. I highly recommend Scientific Home Services. Replaced one kitchen window and three old attic windows.

Victor was great and very helpful. We had a window that would not shut properly and leaked air all winter and summer. He knew what the problem was right away and fixed the window by maneuvering it into place. He also gave us tips on how to maintain and insulate the window. We offered to pay him for his time, but he did not charge us. We'll be contacting Victor if we have any window issues in the future. Jon arrived promptly and was quite thorough in explaining the window he represented and demonstrated the window that would have been installed. Because of time constraints, I was unable to hire his services but I would highly recommend him in the future and I would consider his product in the future. I was provided on the spot with an estimate for replacement windows.
