Both of our experiences were very positive. Jon was very informative and available when making our decisions and the installation process was the best experience I have had. They were polite, friendly, efficient and thorough. Jason and John left our home in better shape than they found it. I would highly recommend. This was the second install by Jason and John. They did windows for us earlier and at that time we decided to have a new storm door put in as well.

We had Jason Smith and John Green installing new energy-efficient windows in 3 bedrooms, two baths and the kitchen. They were polite and very professional, worked hard all day and left everything clean and tidy. The windows are excellent quality and look great, we could not be happier with them. It was the best decision to choose Scientific Home Services and we highly recommend this company to anyone. Installed new windows.

Scientific Home Services was a great company to work with. Jon came out for the initial discussion and quote. His overview of the windows was to the point and very informative. The price seemed reasonable for vinyl window replacement. Another company that came out for a quote took over 2 hours and the quoted price was significantly higher. After deciding to go with Scientific Home Services it took about 8 weeks or so get the windows installed, which was right on target with what was communicated to me. From beginning to end a smooth and professional experience. Made appointment to get proposal on 7/30/14. Jonathan showed up on time and presented use with a price and time frame to do the work. Scientific Home Services provided both an excellent product -- Soft-Lite Imperial LS vinyl windows -- and excellent service by the two installers, Jason Smith and John Green. The salesman, Jonathan Koloms, also did a great job: his presentation was very informative, the frame and trim colors he offered look great, and he sold me just what I neededbut nothing that I didn't need -- very important to a senior on a budget -- such that his quoted price was the most reasonable of the three that I obtained. Jason and John did the work. They arrived on time, were polite, did a nice job with the window installation, and cleaned up. We are very happy with the windows. I recently spent $16,000 installing Pella windows in my rental property and wished I had gone with this company. These windows look just as nice. Would use them again. Had 4 vinyl windows installed on the backenclosedporch of our 1920's bungalow.

Damian, the foreman, was great, very attentive to details and everything was installed beautifully. They were very courtious quick and clean. replaced windows in a 60's split level ranch we recently bought including installation of a new slider door, cut into a wall

Victor, called me back within hours of my intial call and set up a time at our scheduled visit at the property. he was quick and efficient and gave us an immediate quote. My buyer felt very confident with his quote and knowledge. Victor came out and gave us an estimate on windows that needed repair/replacement
