Todd was professional and very thorough on our home inspection. I am not very savvy when it comes to home systems and he did a great job at explaining/simplifying his professional analysis so that I could understand. Todd helped us prioritize the most pressing issues on the inspection report for our negotiations. The final report was clear, had detailed photos that pointed to the issues which was very helpful. Overall, we had a great experience working with Scott Home Inspection. Would highly recommend!
Incredibly thorough and detailed. In fact they reported on so many items, the owner almost got scared off from doing the closing. He did not seem to understand the concept that a pre-sale Home Inspection is done so as to let the buyer be aware of any possible issues the house might need to address in the present or near future. Thank you for being so meticulous and precise. I just wish the price was at d more reasonable..
The inspectors were very professional, very COVID conscious, and very thorough. They explained in detail to me personally their findings, and followed up with a very easy to read and understand on line report. Highly recommend.

I'm blown away! James B completed the inspection on my new build and after delivering his report I feel like he went through there with a fine tooth comb and maybe some Batman level tech. I've had home inspections before on previous homes and it was not nearly as detailed as this! The report they provide is incredible and I feel that the amount of effort that was put in by James greatly exceeds the price charged.
