Very easy to schedule and very thorough in their inspection report. They talked us through the report immediately afterward and flagged what's important vs. what should be addressed at some point. I don't intend to buy another home for many years but would happily work with them again.
Dave was fantastic. Knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything to me. I always appreciate when someone is willing to answer all my questions and let me take my time. Would absolutely recommend Scott Home Inspection and in particular Dave!
More than impressed with the level of detail provided on the home inspection report. Thank you!

Very responsive and available. Was able to complete our inspection in a timely manner and provided great customer service.
Great client service from booking through completion, thorough inspection, robust report and they even offer guidance on how to address the identified issues.
Scott's Home Inspection, specifically Woody did a phenomenal job in our recent inspection. Very thorough and diligent with the assessment of our future home. Woody was patient, kind and knowledgeable- thank you for making this experience such a good one!

Great experience! I'm purchasing my first home and am so grateful for Scott Home Inspection - very straightforward, clear communication, efficient. They even found items I had requested that didn't apply to the space and refunded me without having to ask.
